Digital products are delivered electronically and are available for access or download shortly after purchase.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, different rules apply. During checkout, you will be asked to expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun.

Once the digital content has been made available in accordance with this consent, the purchase can therefore no longer be cancelled under the statutory right of withdrawal.

Problems with your digital product

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If your digital product is faulty, cannot be accessed or downloaded, or does not correspond with what was offered at the time of purchase, please contact us. We will first try to resolve the issue, for example by restoring access, replacing the file or providing another appropriate solution.

Where applicable, you may be entitled to a price reduction, termination of the agreement or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Before purchasing

Please read the product description and any stated requirements carefully before completing your purchase. Because access to digital products is generally provided immediately, purchases cannot be cancelled simply because you change your mind once the digital content has been delivered and your statutory right of withdrawal has been validly waived.
